What is it ? Saint-Martin is an old regional Tradition of « Ajoie ». To celebrate the end of field work, the farmers killed the pig and invited the field owners and their family to take a meal together.

The festivities begin at the term of the second weekend of November and goes on for a week until Sunday following called "Le Revirat"meal together.

This year, our restaurant will serve the menu of « Saint Martin » from November 4 to November 18, 2013.
